Caller identification - When a customer calls, our system can recognize the phone number and route the call accordingly. If we wish that the call is answered by the same agent as a previous interaction, the call will be sent to the proper agent. The system also allows us to send the call with all the customer data, so that agents have all the stored information ready when they take the call.

Advanced call management - Calls from debtors to our system are routed using an Automated Call Distributor ("ACD"). The ACD allows us distribute phone calls between agents based on agent skill levels. Overflow calls are placed in a queue. This system ensures that the each call is sent to the right agent each time.
