Mass outbound - Based on advanced telecommunications technology and IT
we are able to conduct mass telephone outbound campaigns. Technical
possibilities allow us to place a very high volume of calls each month. Our system
allows us to track each call, and each contact. Contacts that are not reached
on the first try can be placed back in the queue and retried later.
Preview dialing - This system dramatically increases agent productivity
by removing the task of selecting and manually dialing numbers. Agents are
presented with the customer (or debtor) information prior the call and dialing
is a single mouse click. The order and time of the calls can be managed
separately, removing this organizational task from the agents.
Dynamic scripting - When placing a call, agents have all the information
they need on their computer screens, automatically. Additionally, certain
campaigns require the use of scripts to walk agents through the call and ensure
call handling consistency across multiple agents. Our system allows for agents
to follow a flow chart through the call. Customer responses to questions or
statements are planned for and the agent can click on the appropriate response
and receive a new page of the script, tailored to the situation. This reduces
call times and improves the overall quality of the calls.
