Central Europe BPO was established in 2004 by Adam Eisenberg and based in Wroclaw, Poland. In January, 2005 an alliance was formed between Central Europe BPO and MaxASP GmbH. Together, MaxASP and Central Europe BPO offer complete contact center solutions for the German market.

Adam Eisenberg serves as Chairman of the Management Board and be responsible for the establishment of the Company. Mr. Eisenberg has worked in many areas of financial services. He spent three years at Citigroup Investment Banking, focusing on cross-boarder mergers and acquisitions while based in New York and London. Prior to joining Citigroup, he was employed by Peregrine Capital and worked in Hong Kong and Beijing. Mr. Eisenberg was also a Summer Associate in 2002 at Bay City Capital, a bio-tech venture capital firm in San Francisco. Most recently, he has worked as an independent consultant for private equity firms in Poland. Mr. Eisenberg holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a dual degree in Economics and Public Policy Studies from Duke University.

Robert Kudla serves as the Director of Technology responsible for the overall integration of the systems in the call center. He is responsible for maintaining the systems vital to the performance of the center. Previously, Mr. Kudla was the Chief of the Telecommunications department at one of the largest call centers in Poland. Mr. Kudla has a Master's degree from the University of Technology in Wroclaw.

Seweryn Drozdz serves as the Vice President of Operations responsible for the organization of the technical aspects of the call center. He is responsible for day-to-day agent management and training new employees to use the call center systems. Mr. Drozdz was employed by Kruk Sp. z.o.o where he worked as the telecommunication specialist for one of the largest call centers in Poland. Mr. Drozdz has a Master's degree from the University of Technology in Wroclaw, Department of Telecommunication.
